The mushroom-based pop-up restaurant on E 7th Street will cement its 14 seats in the East Village, Overthrow Hospitality announced yesterday.

Backed by Ravi DeRossi of Overthrow Hospitality, head Chef Juan Xaltepec created the unique menu which centered and elevated all kinds of mushrooms. Originally slated for a 3 month summer run, the pop-up’s success led the group to permanent plant their fungi focused spot. Welcome, officially, to the neighborhood, &Beer!
