Uncle Ted’s Modern Chinese Cuisine is NYC’s spot for authentic Chinese American cuisine offering a modern approach to the rich traditions of Chinese cooking. Their modern and new approach to Chinese cuisine uses only fresh ingredients. They prepare dishes such as Tim Sun, General Tso’s Chicken, or the “create your own” healthy option where you choose any four of 18 veggies, add chicken, shrimp, or beef, a sauce, all with steamed white or brown rice. Their cuisine is a mixture of authentic Chinese and American cuisine, so it is a healthy alternative to other Asian-style restaurants. They hold onto the roots of traditional Chinese cuisine while integrating the American flavor to really make it a special taste and unique experience.
