Sorso

Sorso is an Italian inspired wine bar created by photographer and artist Marco Vacchi and a few of his closest friends. Their menu and wine list has been curated by renown Italian chef Maikol Fiore, after long experience as a chef in Italia, Tokyo, Spain, Australia, and New York. Maikol embraces the project of Sorso as his own, combining a tasteful mix between Japanese and Italian cuisine, which makes Sorso a great wine bar with an out of the box culinary experience
