Israeli chef and restauranter Eyal Shani has opened an intimate showcase restaurant with a central open kitchen that will seat 50. It will focus on Levantine cooking, with emphasis on seasonal ingredients. The menu will change daily, and French wines will dominate the drink menu, though there will be some wines from the Middle East.
