Murray’s Bagels makes the finest traditional NYC hand-rolled bagels, smoked fish, spreads, and more.

Owner Adam Pomerantz opened Murray’s Bagels in 1996, fulfilling his dream to run a businesses that not only sold the finest traditional bagels, but also appetizing fare like lox, sable, whitefish and other salads that he remembered fondly from his childhood (Adam’s father, Murray, used to bring home Adam’s favorite Jewish dishes from the Lower East Side every week).  After apprenticing for a wholesale bagel baker in New Jersey and sampling recipes from all over the city, Adam finally found the perfect storefront in Greenwich Village to offer his delicious food.
