NYU Student Launches Charcuterie Business in the Village
Local NYU student new business has elevated our community’s event this week. Between finals, New York University student Shaman Aponte went to work on an amazing charcuterie spread at Ideal Glass Studios. Shaman is a third-year Film and Television student who found her love for event planning after working alongside Art Melanated in Los Angeles. After launching her business from the dorm room, she now contributes to events for icons like Stevie Wonder, The Kardashians, and many more. She works closely with clients in NYC to tailor each board to their unique vision.
As an active member in our community, Shaman enjoys trying food spots in the Village. She highlights the pizza from Little Italy Pizza III is her favorite, Bubble tea from Xing Fu Tang and Veselka for their breakfast spreads.
Now you know who to call for your next Village gathering! Follow Shaman’s journey on Instagram for a sneak peek into her charcuterie artistry and stay tuned for the latest updates and offerings.
