Four local spots will put the classic aperitif on center stage this week.

Restaurants and bars all over the world are stirring Negronis for a cause. The global event, Negroni Week, will be raising money for Slow Food during the weeklong Negroni celebration. Slow Food is a global movement of communities and restauranteurs aiming to foster a world “where everyone can enjoy food and beverage that is good for them, good for the people who produce it, and good for the planet.”

Rosemary’s will feature five (5!) versions of the classic cocktail, each for $16.

One Fifth will continue its outrageously amazing weekday happy hour deal of $5 negronis (from 4pm to 7pm) and have four amazing negroni variations to try.

The signature Mace negroni will feature Citadelle Gin, Cascara infused, Campari, Rosehip Sweet and vermouth.
