The Honorable Adam Schiff, U.S. Representative of California’s 28th Congressional District, will be in conversation with author, podcaster, and former federal prosecutor Preet Bharara to discuss whether the forces of autocracy have unraveled the very heart of American democracy in a free, public program around the release of Representative Schiff’s first book, Midnight in Washington. The Strand Book Store will sell books at the event.
