Open Studios
The New York Studio School welcomes you to visit the studios of current MFA candidates & graduating Certificate students. Located in the heart of Greenwich Village, in the original home of the Whitney Museum of American Art, our historic light-filled spaces offer inspiration and infrastructure to aspiring artists.
This is a special opportunity to see recent works in the making and gain insight into students’ processes and experiences at NYSS. Guests can also view current exhibitions in the Student Gallery and our main Gallery. An information booth will be staffed for visitors interested in learning more about the full-time and part-time programs offered at the Studio School.
