What are your most popular classes?

RH: We offer 4 different class types, our Signature class as well as b3 Strength, b3 Cardio, and b3 Mindful Flow. We recommend beginning with the Signature class which combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness and is available in both a 45 min. and 60 min. format. We’re open 7 days a week with classes in the early morning, midday, and evening with classes that fit into every schedule. First class is free!

What do your customers say they like most about this studio and its classes?

RH: Our classes meet clients where they’re at—regardless of whether it’s your first group fitness experience, you’re returning to movement after starting your family, or you’re more experienced with fitness—we provide modifications that allow you to simplify or amplify movement based on what your body specifically needs. Clients also love that our instructors are accessible, we don’t walk into class at the last minute without talking to you—we want to understand how you’re doing or any injuries/ challenges you’re working through so we can help set you up for success!

What distinguishes this studio’s approach to personal fitness?

RH: Barre3 is a science-backed workout focused on balance! You won’t find instructors who push you towards injury or rely on vibes over clear cueing (although we have to admit, the vibes are high around here). Instructors use clear instructions to help you build strength and endurance with a workout that is sustainable. Our classes are designed for you to continue to progress forward without burning out or hitting plateaus—both physically and mentally.
