NYC Pride March
The Venue
The NYC Pride March, an annual civil rights demonstration that started in 1970, will feature esteemed Grand Marshals for the 2023 celebration. This year’s lineup includes Billy Porter, Yasmin Benoit, AC Dumlao, Hope Giselle, and Randolfe “Randy” Wicker. Angelica Ross will co-host the broadcast special on ABC-7. The march will begin at 25th Street and 5th Avenue, proceeding south on 5th Avenue and then west on 8th Street. As the marchers cross over 6th Avenue, they will pass by the Stonewall National Monument on Christopher Street. The route continues north on 7th Avenue, passing the New York City AIDS Memorial, before dispersing in Chelsea at 16th Street and 7th Avenue.
