The black bean and rice amuse bouche is lighter than air and crispy and crunchy, the Flor en Nogada combines spherification of prickly pear juice with walnut cream sauce to form an intense compliment to perfectly fried squash blossoms, and the multiple desserts may be the only desserts in the city that combine intense chilies with perfect dessert undertones to create flavors that have never been experienced before.
