On Painting: Merlin James and David Cohen in Conversation

Merlin James is represented by Sikkema, Jenkins & Co who will exhibit his paintings in New York April 9 to May 16th. Born in Cardiff, James attended the Central School of Art and Design, and the Royal College of Art, both in London, and has lived in Glasgow since 2004. He has written about art extensively, and is a regular contributor to the Burlington Magazine.

David Cohen is publisher and editor of artcritical.com; founder-moderator of The Review Panel, the critics forum currently hosted by Brooklyn Public Library; and a scholar and educator. He is a longstanding faculty member at the New York Studio School.
