A New Wine Bar Pop-Up Project with A Rotating List & Cast

Ready for a new wine bar concept with a hand curated, vintage focused wine list by the top sommeliers in the city? Seeking rare and old wines by the glass?  Look no further.  

Nick Boccio and Carmine DiGiovanni of MulberryProject, Aunt Jakes, and Greenwich Project are launching a new pop-up concept, Evening With…. in the upstairs of Greenwich Project each week on Sunday and Monday night, beginning March 13th from 6 pm to midnight.  

The most sought after sommeliers in the city will be hosting each weekend and personally selecting the list based on their tastes and favorites from the Greenwich Project extensive cellar.  Get ready to see wines by the glass from the greatest estates and domains from around the world at the greatest prices in the city.

Chad Walsh of the upcoming Agern, a restaurant by Claus Meyers, and former wine director of The Dutch, will be the inaugural sommelier on March 13th and 14th. Here is a sneak peek at a few of his choices:
