Spring into Spring in Greenwich Village

After a cold winter Spring is finally in the air. It’s time to enjoy the beautiful outdoors in Greenwich Village.

With the weather warm pickup some edible essentials, at local favorites Citarella or Agata & Valentina, before heading to Washington Square Park for a picnic full of good food and people watching.

Once you've finished up your relaxing lunch it's time to wander the beautiful tree-lined streets of Greenwich Village. Walk through history, art, literature, and politics along the Row. Enjoy a quiet stroll through Jefferson Market Garden. Or, venture a bit further a-field to St. Mark’s-in-the-Bowery to discover one of the oldest churches in the City.

If your feet are feeling weary, be sure to try dinner al fresco at one of our local favorites. You can continue to enjoy the weather with pizza and a glass of wine in Olio e Piu’s outdoor seating. Finish the evening with live music and theater at Joe’s Pub and the Public Theater.
