Uptown Pilates and Barre 3, both on the corner of 6th Avenue and W. 8th Street, offer exercise classes for people of all levels and ages, adding options to local studios Yoga Vida and Modo Yoga. And soon trendy dance cardio workout 305 Fitness will open a few doors down on W. 8th Street.
