Eva’s is a health food restaurant specializing in organic Mediterranean cooking which opened in 1978. Vegetarians and protein lovers alike will love the delicious selection of healthy dishes such as their excellent hummus or babaganoush platters, homemade falafel, baked tofu, and broccoli pizza or their stuffed grape leaves. They also prepare fresh smoothies and protein shakes.
